| About Shelley Shelley LeBlanc was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. During her teenage years, her family moved to the small college town of Thibodaux, Louisiana. It was then that she started reading romantic stories and began dreaming of someday writing romance novels. Shelley is married with a daughter and a laid-back Jack Russell Terrier named Jake. She lives in Metairie, Louisiana, near the infamous French Quarter, where she continues her writing journey. |
